Women's Self Defense and Dating Safety - Class #1

This class is a collaboration between Tampa Bay Krav Maga and Stop The Movement, a non-profit whose mission is to educate, empower and equip to end human trafficking and exploitation.

Grow your confidence with this fun event at Tampa Bay Krav Maga! Perfect for older teens, college-aged women or ladies of all ages who are dating. It's a great idea for mom/daughter date or a morning out with the ladies.

First, the experienced instructors at Tampa Bay Krav Maga will teach you the self-defense moves every woman needs to know. Next, we will break into a discussion on DATING SAFETY - the unknowns and risks of online dating apps, drink spiking protection and relationship red flags.

We also recommend this class to women of all ages who want to learn self defense + have fun while doing it! There will be RAFFLE PRIZES - manicures, massages and brunch for 2!
