We Need You
To affect supply and demand for exploitation and human trafficking, it will take a movement from the entire community. You are here for a reason because you care about protecting those at risk in our community! There are many ways you can get involved with Stop The Movement and join the fight to keep women and children safe from exploitation.
Outreach Volunteer
Join our Street Outreach partners on Saturday afternoons in the Lealman / St. Pete area as we distribute blessing bags, screen for trafficked women and help vulnerable people in the shelters, parks and on the streets. No experience necessary - our Outreach team will train you. Strict adherence to safety protocols will be followed. Volunteer once, or weekly!
We also need public speakers and those with professional skills who would like to commit to the movement. Tech skills, fundraising, marketing and networking at events are also in demand.

Outreach Support
GREAT TEAM SERVICE PROJECT - Donate blessing bags, toiletries and other supplies for our teen programs. Host a packing party for your youth group, church or club as a community service project. We'll send a representative from Stop The Movement out to your packing party to tell your group about our outreach programs while you pack.
Become A Mentor
Make a difference in the life of a young lady aging out of the foster care system! Help her make decisions, give career advice, steer her in healthy directions - just be there to support her as she navigates life. Through our collaboration with OpenTable/Meet The Need, you can mentor as a TEAM, rather than undertake this solo. We have opportunities for men to mentor young men also. One year commitment is requested and training is provided.
Special Events
Volunteer for one of our special events - Stomp Out Human Trafficking 5K Run in the spring or our fall fundraiser.
Event sponsors and auction/raffle item donations are always needed! Are you well connected in the community and enjoy planning events? Do you have special skills such as photography or video making? We would love your help!
Host A Training
Host a training for your group. We speak for adults and youth, both in-person and virtually. Our "It Stops With Me" virtual curriculum can also be used as a training tool for your group.

- Civic groups
- Vulnerable populations - group homes, shelters, etc.
