This clinic is a collaboration between PREMIER MARTIAL ARTS BARDMOOR and STOP THE MOVEMENT, a non-profit whose mission is to educate, empower and equip to keep kids safe from online exploitation and human trafficking.

Come join us for a fun and educational event at PREMIER MARTIAL ARTS BARDMOOR. This class is designed to teach kids valuable skills in self-defense and internet safety, in an age-appropriate way.

First, our experienced instructors will guide the children through self-defense skills and drills, giving them confidence, situational awareness and strategies if they ever need to use them.

Next, we will discuss internet safety and other important personal safety concepts kids need to know. Internet discussion will include dangers presented in gaming, private messaging, cyberbullying, good pictures vs bad pictures and how to identify and report an online stranger who tries to contact you.
